Sean Nichols Lynch is a filmmaker based in the San Francisco Bay Area, best known for the 2015 feature film Prep School.



Sean Nichols Lynch is an award-winning filmmaker, screenwriter, and editor based in the San Francisco Bay Area. His feature-length directorial debut Prep School won Best Dramatic Feature at the Studio City International Film Festival and is now available on most VOD services from Gravitas Ventures.

Most recently, he collaborated with his wife Lyndsey on the short film Audiobook of the Dead, which premiered at the 2019 Chattanooga Film Festival. Lyndsey and Sean also co-host the VHS nostalgia podcast Tapeheads.

Sean’s corporate and commercial credits include work with Vita Coco, Google, The Culinary Institute of America, Splash Digital Media, Sift Science, and Valimail. He is currently in development on his second feature Red Snow.
